4.5/5.0 MM LCP Distal Femur Plates are intended for internal fixation and stabilization of osteotomies, nonunions, malunions and fractures of distal femur, including supracondylar, intra-articular and extra-articular condylar, as well as fractures in normal or osteopenic bone.
4.5/5.0 MM LCP Distal Femur Plates are part of the Large Fragment LCP System. They are designed to provide the surgeon maximum flexibility with the use of fixed-angle locking and non-locking screw options. The result is fracture fixation based on each individual patient’s fracture type, bone quality and anatomy.
Locking Head Screw 5.0mm, Self-Tapping, 14mm-90mm Length (2mm increments from Length 14mm onwards, 5 mm increment from Length 50 mm onwards)
- Create a locked, fixed-angle screw/plate construct.
- Self-tapping tip.
- Threaded conical head.
- Fully-threaded shaft.
Cortex Screw, 4.5mm, Self-Tapping, 12mm-80mm Length (2mm increments)
- Compress the plate to the bone or create axial compression.
- Self-tapping tip.
- May be used in the DCU portion of the Combi holes in the plate shaft.
Cortex Screw, 4.5mm, 14mm-80mm Length (2mm increments)
- Compress the plate to the bone or create axial compression.
- May be used in the DCU portion of the Combi holes in the plate shaft.
Cannulated Screw, 4.5mm, Fully Threaded, 20mm-80mm Length (2mm increments from Length 20mm onwards, 4mm increments from Length 60mm onwards)
- Self-tapping tip facilitates screw insertion.
- Cancellous thread profile consists of deep cutting threads with a large pitch, which accelerates screw insertion and removal.
- Reverse-cutting flutes aid in screw removal.
Cannulated Screw, 4.5mm, Short Thread, 20mm-80mm Length (2mm increments from Length 20mm onwards, 4mm increments from Length 60mm onwards)
- Self-tapping tip facilitates screw insertion.
- Cancellous thread profile consists of deep cutting threads with a large pitch, which accelerates screw insertion and removal.
